Will you be coming to my office to install FileMaker Server?
We use industry standard remote desktop sharing software to remotely control your computer allowing us to install and configure FileMaker Server. On-site installations are available if required, please contact us for this option.
Can you reinstall older versions of FileMaker Server?
We can install older versions of FileMaker Server, if needed. Original license keys are required.
I don’t need a full install, just an update applied…
In situations like this, our predetermined packages may not fit your needs so we have created update and upgrade package options to allow us to better assist you.
SSL Certs…
Both the Basic and Advanced Install Package does include installation of one standard SSL certificate. Cost for SSL certificates is charged separately. If you have a Master and Worker machine set-up, then a wildcard SSL is highly recommended as it will cover multiple sub domains.
Will you help build my custom FileMaker solution?
Our goal is to be the best FileMaker Server Experts we can be. We know many FileMaker Developers that would love to work with you on your custom solution, after all they do send us their clients to get FileMaker Server set-up and configured (they don’t want to do it either). We would be happy to help you find one that fits your needs.
Does this include the FileMaker Server software?
We are not currently offering FileMaker Server licensing sales. We suggest you purchase your FileMaker software licenses from Claris (Former FileMaker Inc.) or one of their many qualified resellers/developers.
I am a FileMaker Developer, can you handle some of my FileMaker Server installs?
Working with developers is how we got our start. Our goal is to meet the needs of FileMaker developers by offering services that will include creating a stable FileMaker Server platform giving your clients the best experience possible. We will do this by always treating you, the developer, as a team member including you in communications and decisions.
